Authenticity Guaranteed:
Cardceus sources material from official licensed distributors. We Guarantee our product’s authenticity.
When sourcing products from unofficial vendors (Special requests or imported Materials), we use trusted suppliers and inspect the product before it is listed on our site.
If you have questions about the product’s authenticity, please return it to us within 30 days in its original packaging and all its contents.
If the item is determined to be inauthentic, we will refund you the total purchase price and the return shipping and give you a $250 store credit.
Final Sale and Non-Refundable Items:
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on any sealed product that has been opened.
Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain consumable items are non-refundable.
If an order is canceled before shipping, refunds may be granted but are subject to a processing fee of 4.5%.
If a refund is granted, the buyer will be responsible for all fees incurred by Cardceus when processing that refund.
Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim. However, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
If the manufacturer damages an item, we will replace it if available. If the item is unavailable, we will process a full refund once it has been returned.
Returns (General):
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. Items damaged during shipping that are beyond our control must be processed through shipping insurance. Please note that all items shipped are covered up to $100. For additional coverage on larger volume orders, please specify this in the additional information section of your order (Order notes).
Gifts and Giveaways:
Items received from a giveaway or as a gift from Cardceus are not eligible for refunds. Depending on the nature of the request, a replacement product may be shipped. These will be handled on a case-by-case scenario and are not guaranteed. Due to the nature of the free items, we cannot always replace items no longer available.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to 217 1st Ave S. Unit 4277, Seattle, WA, 98194.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 12 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
